You can find in this section some brief information about the most important parts of the portal:
search engines, blog news, categorized indexes and the top 5 eztools.com boards

This section also has the "FEATURED BOARD" space:
 The Featured Board is chosen from the 100 first boards of the "eztools.com Top". When a community is chosen Featured Board, eztools.com sends a private message to its owner

The board section allows you to display all the boards registered on the eztools.com board service.

Right after you enter in the section, you will find a search engine that will allow you to search in the descriptions of all eztools.com boards. Enter the search string in the text box, click the button Search and you will get a list of results with all the matches. If no matches were found, you would get an error message.
You will also find in the search engine box a list with some of the searches already done. If you want to view the results of one of them, you only have to click on the link.
There is also a block with a list of all the categories that tells you the number of boards each one has. If you click one of the categories, you will obtain a list of the boards assigned to that category, sorted by the position they have in the eztools.com Top.

The topic search of mboards.com allows you to find topics from the last three months on all boards in a quick and easy way.

There are also a series of special characters to do more specific searches (+, -, and the inverted commas). Examples:

• +hello +world: It will only offer results matching the exact phrase.
• +linux -windows: The word "linux" must appear obligatorily, while the word "windows" need not appear.
• +linux -windows programs: Same as in the previous case, except that the word "programs" may or may not also be there (of course, if it is, the result will be displayed before another one which does not contain it)
• "Sports news": It will only offer results matching the exact phrase.

The results are sorted according to an internal coefficient that we calculate from several factors (which we are not to reveal for obvious reasons), attempting to place higher the topics that are considered more relevant for the search.

This section displays the Top 100 boards, selected in different ways:

• eztools.com Top: Generally speaking, it is the most valid of all, since it takes into account all possible factors and from there calculates a coefficient that is assigned to every board. This coefficient is calculated once a day.
• Top by topics in three months: Top 100 boards, taking into account only the number of topics created in the last three months.
• Top by messages in three months: Top 100 boards, taking into account only the number of new messages in the last three months.
• Top by visits in three months: Top 100 boards, taking into account only the number of visits to the boards in the last three months.
• Top by users in three months: Top 100 boards, taking into account only the number of users active on each board in the last three months.

Find your favorite among the avatars shared by all boards.
You may search the whole folder or filter with your preferences using our avatar search.
Enter the string you want to find and click on the Search button. A list of results with the matches for your search will be displayed. If no match were found, it will display an error message.
You will also find a selection of the last searches done in the search block. If you want to repeat any of them, you only have to click the link.

In this section you may find the topics of the eztools.com boards where the attached files are located.
You may filter your search by the category selected in the index or using the attachment search.
Enter the terms you are searching and click on the Search button. A list of results with the matches for your search will be displayed. If you do not find any matches, an error message will be displayed.
You will also find a selection of the last searches done in the search block. If you want to repeat any of them, you only have to click the link.
